Order and Payment Guide

Please follow these steps to place order products on website robot.com.vn:

  • Step 1: Search and select the product want to buy
  • Step 2: Review the price, images, technical specifications and product information. Then click on the button “BUY NOW”

  • Step 3: Select the number of product want to buy, you can leave the message (optional), click on the button “Update” to add the message for your order. Then click on “Place Order”

  • Step 4: Enter all your personal information in the form and click on the button “Payment Method”

  • Step 5: Select your preferred payment method:

    • Method 1: Cash On Delivery (apply only to urban districts of Ho Chi Minh City)

    Customers can buy and receive your order at stores, showrooms designated by Robot Corporation or at the location customers request to deliver

    • Method 2: Bank Transfer (apply for nationwide)

    Please transfer money including the payment of product and shipping fee (if any) to the following account information:

    • Account number: 3133879 (Robot Investment Corporation)
    • Bank Branch: Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) - Ho Chi Minh City Branch

Choose the payment method: COD (only in Ho Chi Minh City) or Bank Transfer (nationwide)


  • Step 6: After ordering successfully, the system will send a confirmation email to the customer’s email account. Please wait for the Robot staff to contact in order to confirm your order, time and delivery location,... The order information will be processed at administrative working hours (excluding Sundays and Holidays)
