Delivery and Installation Policies 1. Delivery Policy
Applicable for orders with the delivery address in urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Năng and Ha Noi. The delivery time is up to 48 hours after the order is confirmed by Robot Corp Staff (excluding Sundays and Holidays)
Applicable for orders with the delivery address in suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Ha Noi and other provinces in Viet Nam. The delivery time will be from 1 to 5 days ( depending on the geographical region)
The orders will be sent via the post office, authorized stores and agencies, or by specific method as requirement when purchasing. 2. Installation Policy For Automatic Voltage Stabilizers with the capacity is over 15KVA will be installed at home and free of charge (only applicable for urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Ha Noi).
